School Nurse Email Phone: 920-788-7600 My name is Samantha Busko, and I am the School Nurse for the Little Chute Area School District. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Bellin College. After my bachelors, I continued on with schooling and have Master’s Degree in Nursing Education. In my home life, I am married and have two little girls. In our free time together we enjoy going up north, spending time with our family and friends, and being outdoors. My hours here at the district are Monday through Thursday from 7:30AM-3:30PM.
