Wisconsin’s public school choice program allows students in grades 4K -12 to attend any public school district in the state if space is available, subject to certain other restrictions. Please note, parents/guardians are responsible for transportation.
There are two ways to apply for open enrollment:
- Regular Open Enrollment Period (3-month period, starting in February and ending in April)
- Alternative Open Enrollment Period (Starts July 1, and remains open throughout the school year)
These application periods are determined by the state and more information can be found on the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Website (DPI).
The Little Chute Area School Board approves Wisconsin Open enrollment requests. If an open enrollment request is denied, enrollment materials will be destroyed.
