What should I do if I forgot my user name, password or I'm having trouble logging into my account?
First, use the Help options found on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page. Please note there are options for “Forgot your password” and “Forgot your username” in this area.
How do I get a Campus Parent Portal Account?

Absence Request
Parents and guardians can now submit an online request to let the office know their child will be absent from school.
The Absence Request form can be found in your Parent Portal by clicking More > Absence Request. Select the appropriate child, excuse and absence type, and then enter the date or date range. Include any comments for our staff and hit submit. You can also view any previous request for that child by clicking the View Requests button.
Contact Preference
Control the type of messages you receive from our schools by setting your Parent Portal Contact Preferences. This tool can be found in your Parent Portal by clicking the shadow figure in the upper right corner and choosing Settings.
Fees
The Fee tool allows you to see all the fees assigned to you. This includes both fees that have been paid and those that are still outstanding. This tool can be found in your Parent Portal by clicking Fees. To pay fees click the option to Add to Cart. Once you have all fees added to your cart click on My Cart, choose your Payment Method and Submit Payment.
- Optional Fees can be added from the Optional Payments tool under My Accounts.
Food Service
This tool allows you to add money to your Food Service account and also see current balances. By clicking the > to the right of your child's name you can see what meals and food items they have purchased. To add money to your accounts click the Pay button. Enter the amount you want to add in the Amount field and click Add to Cart. When you are ready to check out click My Cart, choose your Payment Method and click Submit Payment.
- You can automatically add money to your Food Service account by using the Recurring Payment tool found under My Accounts.
Payment Methods
Use the Payment Methods tool to attach a Credit Card/Debit Card or Checking/Savings account to your parent portal. The Payment Methods tool can be found in your Parent Portal under Fees > My Accounts > Payment Methods. From the My Accounts screen, you can also review Payment History, setup and Recurring Payments and purchase optional items under Optional Payments.
