At Little Chute High School, we offer a wide variety of science courses that cover all 4 pillars of scientific discovery: physical, life, earth and the environment. Students enrolled in science courses at LCHS will find themselves immersed in hands-on learning through scientific investigation that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving through evidence-based reasoning to explain various natural phenomena. Their active participation in these courses will prepare them well for a future career in science, health or an engineering field.
While students may find themselves gravitating to one particular scientific pillar over another, we also promote greater scientific literacy overall by asking all students who graduate from LCHS to have completed coursework in at least three of the four pillars that we provide.
