What is a Learner Coach?
A Learner Coach is an adult in your child's life and is a pivotal piece in the education of each student and thus requires a time commitment to working one-on-one with student(s), at home on a weekly basis. The Learner Coach teams with teachers to form a collaborative and reflective relationship that enhances content and instruction in order to increase student learning.
The Learner Coach provides structure and guidance, to administer the Flex Academy curriculum, and oversees the expectations for Service, Wellness, and Flexcursion requirements. It is highly suggested that there is one primary Learner Coach who coordinates and oversees communication with all staff at the Flex.

- Encouraging their child in their learning to reach the maximum potential
