Key Club
The Little Chute High School Key Club, is a student run organization focused on community service. Within the club, we have members from all four grade levels, and also have members from both Little Chute High School and Little Chute Career Pathways Academy. Through Key Club high school students are able to reach out to the community and help individuals in a positive manner. Some of the larger service projects we've participated in are Cheesefest, Boys and Girls Club, Feeding America, and Homelessness Awareness week. In the fall of 2015, LCHS Key Club created Homelessness Awareness week. During this week, the club had a clothing drive for Community Clothes Closet, created pasta dished for Homeless Connections, and had an outdoor movie fundraiser. At the end of the week, Key Club had raised 300 dollars for Homelessness Connections, collected two trucks full of clothes for Community Clothes Closet, and had made six pasta dished. This was one of the largest service events that the LCHS Key Club has ever done, and was a huge success. Doing a large project like this allowed the club members to bond and also give back to the community. Homelessness Awareness Week is a great example of what a small student run organization can do when they set their minds to their goals. If you have any questions about Little Chute High School Key Club , please feel free to contact our advisor, Dan Van Eperen.
