The Little Chute Facilities Task Force presented its recommendation to the Board of Education at a special meeting on Monday, January 16th at 5:00 pm in the District Board room.
The Task Force used citizen feedback from the recent community-wide survey to reduce the size, scope, and cost of the project. They refined the project to a $17.77 million plan that includes improvements for building safety and security, renovating spaces to create science, technology, engineering, and math classrooms, combining the intermediate/middle and high school libraries, renovation of classroom and collaboration space, office consolidation, and improvements to the kitchen and weight/fitness center. The Task Force presented their unanimous recommendation to the Board of Education on January 16, 2017.
