COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

The Epilepsy Foundation of Wisconsin is now taking applications for the

2024-25 school year!

We are offering $1,000 scholarships to three individuals, one from each of the following categories:
 One Traditional Student with Epilepsy
 One Caregiver of Someone with Epilepsy
 One Non-Traditional Student with Epilepsy

Definitions for each of these categories, application instructions, as well as other

information, are available on the application website:

NOTES:
 Applicants must be legal residents of Wisconsin
 Applicants must have an epilepsy diagnosis or be caring for someone with an epilepsy
diagnosis
 The application deadline is Monday, June 3, 2024
 Applicants will be notified of their standing no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
 Applicants can be attending any type of higher education institution, including 4-year
colleges/universities, community colleges, technical colleges, or any type of trade school.

The 2024 WCA Group Health Trust Scholarship Pathway/Course of Study 6/7/2024 2000.00 (5)
Requirements:

Every year the WCA Group Health Trust offers five scholarships to Wisconsin college students, each in the amount of $2,000. The GHT is excited to offer these scholarships again this year. The application period opens February 9, 2024 and closes June 7, 2024. Scholarship winners will be announced August 2, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY

Find out if you're eligible to apply for the 2024 WCA Group Health Trust Scholarship by answering three simple questions:

 

  1. Will you be enrolled as a full time undergraduate student at a four-year Wisconsin university or a two-year Wisconsin Technical College (public or private) in the fall of 2024?
  2. Is your major healthcare related?
  3. Are you, your grandparent, parent, or guardian a member of a WCA Group Health Trust member group?

 

If you answered YES to all three questions above you are eligible

to apply for the WCA Group Health Trust Scholarship. Applying is easy, simply click the link below, fill out the application and submit. Be sure to upload an essay, one letter of recommendation, your most recent transcripts, and a headshot.
