Grant Application Procedures (For Faculty)
The Educational Enrichment Proposal form linked below is available for all interested Little Chute Area School District professional educators to complete. All completed forms must be received in the District Office by 4:00pm on Friday, June 12, 2020.
For the 2020-21 school year, the Foundation has $15,000.00 available for grant awards. There is no limit on the number of applications a professional educator can submit. Further, applications will be based on the rubric and criteria linked below, not on the dollar amount being requested with the application. Therefore, the number of grants awarded will be based on the quality of applications, not on the quantity. If all $15,000.00 is not expended this year, the remaining dollars will be placed back in the Foundation for 2022 proposals.
A member from each building leadership team along with the District Administrator, Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, and the Director of Pupil Services will determine Grants awarded using the rubric below.
