PI-34 & Professional Development Plans

Chute Area School District has a responsibility to support and facilitate an organizational process that promotes new teacher growth and understanding about the District's mission, vision, and values of being a passionate professional educator for all children. This includes but is not limited to: literacy, curriculum, instruction, technology, assessment, mentoring, PI-34.

The Little Chute Area School District is committed to supporting our Initial Educators through the Professional Development Plan process. Within our system, we have trainings on how to write a high quality PDP, PDP Reviewers in each category and ongoing support with implementing the goal and objectives. We are confident our teachers will greatly benefit from the best practices of professional growth we institute through our New Teacher Program which is offered as a graduate level class through Verterbo.
