Enrollment Begins Feb. 7 at 4:00 pm
We are excited that you have selected the Little Chute Area School District for your child's education! We have lots of information, important updates, (and forms!) to share with you in our Enrollment Packet. The Enrollment Packet will most likely have answers to all of your questions about 4K, especially the Frequently Asked Questions page which is full of helpful information about the program and details on enrollment, even questions you may not have thought about just yet.
The packet opens with an informational letter which outlines some important enrollment requirements which include presenting your child's birth certificate (for age verification purposes only) and verifying your address and proof of residency.
How Do I obtain an Enrollment Packet?
Printed Enrollment packets will be available starting February 2nd at 7:30 am. Please come to the Elementary School at 901 Grand Ave. in Little Chute or call us at 920-788-7610 to request a packet be mailed to you. You can also stop by our District Office located at 325 Meulemans St. in Little Chute to pick up a packet.
You can also access an electronic packet of information, which is also provided at the right. Please print the appropriate forms*, complete, and bring to the Elementary School, as noted below.
