Dear Little Chute Area School District Families,
Welcome to the 2016-17 school year!
All employees of the Little Chute Area School District are committed to the pursuit of excellence in education and we know that every child in our care can reach their potential through academics, the arts and co-curricular activities. Little Chute Area School District priorities include:
Achievement: Maximizing the learning of ALL students and of all abilities.
Curriculum: Maintaining a research based curriculum that provides teachers and students with the most up-to-date rigorous curriculum to enhance student learning.
Professional Development: Establishing professional development programing that demands our most valuable student resource (teachers) partake in professional learning that focuses on improving student learning in the classroom.
Health and Wellness: Coordinate Prek-12 programing that supports the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of all our students.
The priorities listed above reflect our commitment to the entire educational community of Little Chute--that every day with every student we will strive to have a positive effect on all children in our care. To review our District priorities in great detail along with success measurements, visit our website www.littlechute.k12.wi.us and click on “Blueprint for Brilliance”.
During the past five years the landscape of public education in Wisconsin has changed drastically. However, I am proud to say that during the past five years the faculty and staff of the Little Chute Area School District have never wavered from their responsibility of educating all children entrusted to us. All of us associated with the Little Chute Area School District look forward to working with all stakeholders in the school/community of Little Chute to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all our students.
